Can I customise the colour or engraving?

Yes. Many products are available in a range of colours, and custom engraving is available on selected items. For custom engraving, please leave us a message.

Do your knock boxes fit all espresso machines?

Our knock boxes come in multiple sizes to suit different setups. If you use a larger portafilter or have limited counter space, check the product dimensions before ordering.

Are your knock boxes dishwasher safe?

No. Our knock boxes are made from PLA, so dishwashers, high heat, and steam may cause warping or surface damage. Hand-wash with mild soap and room-temperature water, then dry thoroughly.
