Which size should I choose?

Small is best for compact coffee corners or 1–2 coffees a day. Medium is our most versatile everyday size. Large is ideal for busier households, larger counters or anyone who prefers emptying their knock box less often.

Is the knock bar made from real wood?

Yes. The knock bar is made from solid real oak wood and finished with food-safe oil. As it is a natural material, each piece may have slight grain and tone variations.

Are layer lines normal?

Yes. Each KNOCDIC® knock box is 3D printed in small batches, so subtle layer lines may be visible. This is a natural part of the process and not a fault.

Is it dishwasher safe?

No. Our knock boxes are not dishwasher safe. To keep the shape, finish and oak knock bar in good condition, we recommend hand washing only.

Is each knock box made to order?

Yes. Each knock box is made in small batches, often to order. This helps us reduce waste while offering more colours and sizes than standard mass-produced accessories.

What should I pair it with?

For a cleaner coffee routine, we recommend pairing your knock box with a WDT tool, dosing funnel, puck screen, coffee brush or portafilter holder. Many tools are available in matching colours.
