Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our Knocdic.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. About Us

Tella Studio Limited is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13661016. You can contact us at knock@knocdic.com.

2. Ordering and Contract

  • By placing an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase goods. A contract is formed only when we accept your order and send you a confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors or stock unavailability.
  • All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

3. Payment

  • Payment must be made at the time of ordering via Shopify, Credit/Debit card or PayPal.
  • We use secure payment processing, but we are not responsible for any issues caused by third-party payment providers.

4. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days, and UK delivery then takes 2-4 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
  • Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.
  • If you are not available to receive the delivery, we may leave it in a safe place or arrange redelivery at your expense.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • 5.1 Change of mind. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive your goods. To cancel, email knock@knocdic.com within that period, and we'll send you our returns address. Then return the goods within 14 days of telling us. Goods should be unused and in their original condition and packaging. You pay the cost of returning them.
  • 5.2 We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, including the original standard delivery charge, using your original payment method. If you return only part of a bundle, your refund is recalculated in Shopify based on the prices paid at checkout. We may reduce the refund if the goods have been handled more than necessary to inspect them.
  • 5.3 Personalised items. The right to cancel doesn't apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as items with Custom Text. Choosing one of our standard colours or sizes doesn't make an item personalised.
  • 5.4 Faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or not what you ordered, please contact us at knock@knocdic.com. Within 30 days of delivery, you're entitled to a full refund, or we can send a replacement if you'd prefer. After 30 days, we'll repair or replace the item, and if that isn't possible or doesn't fix the problem, we'll give a refund. We cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items and refund the original delivery charge.
  • 5.5 Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

6. Your Obligations

  • You must provide accurate information when placing an order.
  • You agree not to use our Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm our systems or reputation.

7. Our Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our Site or products.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be limited under UK law.
  • Goods are provided for personal use only, and we are not responsible for any business losses.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our Site (e.g., text, images, logos) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or use it without our permission.

9. Privacy

  • We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy and UK data protection laws.

10. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
