I can't recommend this product. My husband and I fell in love with this knock box when we saw it on the website and in real on delivery. Unfortunately, upon first use, we discovered that the steel portafilter holder collided with the wooden handle, producing such a loud noise that it became impossible to use it in our home without disturbing us or our neighbors, as it was too loud. Perhaps we expected the manufacturers to take this into account and treat the product materials with the necessary treatment to avoid it. When I reported this issue immediately after receiving the product, the shop refused to accept my return due to insufficient reason, that’s a bit disappointing. Unfortunately, now we'll have to use it for other purposes, like a sugar bowl or something else, which is very sad. I hope this review will be helpful.

Looks like in the pictures, visually it is as expected. I still wish I would have known how lightweight it was before I ordered. Also wish it had some anti slip material on the bottom. Other than that I am pleased. Customer service was quick and helpful, shipping took little longer than expected but that might be due to the postal service, not the seller.

Really happy with this knockbox. It's well made but also easy to take apart for cleaning! I gave this as a gift and the recipient is very happy with it :)

Also very happy with the shop. I contacted them not long after ordering to check delivery etc. They got back to me immediately and were incredibly reassuring, and the knockbox ended up actually arriving sooner than they predicted.

Item is well made and as described. I ordered custom printing and it's not as smooth / clear as I was expecting but that's the nature of 3D printing.
