常見問題

敲粉棒是用實木製成的嗎？

是的。敲渣棒由實心橡木製成，並塗有食品級安全油。由於這是天然材料，每一件產品的紋理和色調可能會略有不同。

層紋是正常的嗎？

是的。每個 KNOCDIC® Knock Box 皆採小批量 3D 列印製作，因此可能會看見細微的層紋。這是製程中的自然現象，並非瑕疵。

可以用洗碗機清洗嗎？

不會。我們的 Knock Box 不可使用洗碗機清洗。為了保持形狀、表面塗層及橡木敲渣桿的良好狀態，我們建議僅以手洗方式清潔。

每個Knock Box 都是接單後才製作嗎？

是的。每個渣粉盒均為小批量製作，通常為接單後生產。這有助於我們減少浪費，同時比標準的大規模量產配件提供更多顏色與尺寸選擇。

我該搭配什麼呢？

為了讓咖啡沖煮過程更乾淨俐落，我們建議將您的殘 Knock Box 與佈粉器 (WDT tool)、填粉環、分水網、咖啡清潔刷或手把架搭配使用。多種工具皆有提供同色系款式可供選擇。
