Veelgestelde vragen
Welke maat moet ik kiezen?
Small is het beste voor compacte koffiehoekjes of 1–2 kopjes koffie per dag. Medium is onze meest veelzijdige alledaagse maat.
I love the design of this knock box, it’s a very smart use of 3D printing! My husband was struggling with his puck screen jumping into our old knock box and this design makes it really easy to retrieve.
I also really enjoy the aesthetics and it’s small footprint on the countertop.
Super sturdy, perfect size, exactly as described and a beautiful sparkle when the sun hits it. Perfect for my coffee station. 11/10
I love the design of this and the way it looks but the practicality isn't there. I find the box too light, and with it having a smaller bottom, it feels wobbly when knocking the puck in. The wooden part also feels like it might stain over time. The design is beautiful but the product isn't quite there yet.
Really lovely, elegant knock box. Matte black looks great with the oak bar. Well made and very sturdy. Came with the WDT tool as well, which has made a surprisingly big difference in shot consistency. Had a small issue with duties since I’m in Canada but the company very graciously sorted it immediately. Think these knock-boxes might be a go-to gift for my espresso-minded friends.
Sturdy, good quality and a lovely colour. Fast delivery too.
Artikel ist genau wie beschrieben und dargestellt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden, vielen Dank!
I had issues with shipping due tarrifs in the US but Tella Studio immediately responded to my message and provided amazing service! We love the addition to our espresso station. A unique piece that is holding up well and a fun conversation starter. Very pleased!
Beautiful piece- well made and great shipping!
The knock box is really easy to use, easy to clean and looks great in the kitchen. I also got the WDT in matching colours which looks great too and works well.
Love it 👍🏻
Seller communicated very clearly whilst over the Christmas period and set expectations on delivery timeline. The knock box is of excellent quality and really unique with the customisation
Very classy perfect piece of kit!
Lovely colours, very happy with it
I was worried it because it’s 3D printed it would be to light but I was so wrong! It works great and looks fantastic. Thank you!
Great product ! Would highly recommend
Beautiful and unique looking knock box. I had looked high and low for one that fits this aesthetic. Only downside is that the grounds need to be at least semi-dry. I had a wetter puck and water seeped onto the counter which was my only issue with it.
Love the product. Love the color & quality.
Christmas gift. Hope they like!
Really happy with this!!! Just ordered again
Nice alternative to the standard chrome knock boxes. Good customer service when I enquired before ordering.
Thank you so much for your order and 5-star review, James! We're really glad to hear you’re happy with our service and enjoying the knock box. ☕
Love the knock box. Very well made!!
It’s lovely! Just the right size for a day of coffees for the two of us, plastic is solid and feels robust, wooden bar fits well but can be slid out to clean if needed.
Only things that stop it being a 5
- the two tone colour effect in the photos doesn’t show up in real life, it’s so one colour (which is lovely) so I assume that’s just lighting - but it means it’s a bit misleading and wasn’t quite what I expected. Lovely none the less!
- wooden bar doesn’t appear to be treated at all, it immediately absorbs any wetness and marks, so I’m going to need to oil it. This could easily be done at the point of manufacture, but no great hardship to do at home
Hi Jeremy,
Thank you so much for your detailed review. Feedback like this is exactly what helps us improve.
- On the two-tone effect you mentioned, it tends to show up more strongly in our metallic and galaxy series, especially under sunlight, while the matte olive green you chose has a more subtle finish.
- Each knock bar is treated with Danish oil in our studio, but your experience suggests we may need to review our process or consider using a different oil. We really appreciate you highlighting this.
We’re so glad you’re enjoying the size and sturdiness, and we’ll definitely take your notes on board for future improvements. Thank you!
Regards,
The Knocdic Team
Looks great in the kitchen, lovely design
Bought this for our daughter in law after she admired ours. Ordered hers in a subdued gold colour to match her kitchen. Ours is the metallic blue one . Really unusual design and great colours.
Thank you it’s lovely!! Great product
This is the third knock box my husband and I have purchased, we loved ours so much we’ve gifted two (so far) to our coffee loving friends. Love the sturdiness, feel and look of this knock box. It’s always a conversation piece when we host. Couldn’t recommend this any higher, honestly love love love it
Nicely designed coffee grounds knock-box that will help elevate my coffee loving dad's kitchen setup.
Item as described. Arrived on time. Very good buying experience.
Great customer service from owner
Great knock box and even better gift. If you are unsure of whether to get the small or medium, go with the medium. The small is almost too small.
Looks great! It is 3D printed plastic.
