Minimalist Espresso-Knock-Box mit Abklopfstange aus Eiche

I can't recommend this product. My husband and I fell in love with this knock box when we saw it on the website and in real on delivery. Unfortunately, upon first use, we discovered that the steel portafilter holder collided with the wooden handle, producing such a loud noise that it became impossible to use it in our home without disturbing us or our neighbors, as it was too loud. Perhaps we expected the manufacturers to take this into account and treat the product materials with the necessary treatment to avoid it. When I reported this issue immediately after receiving the product, the shop refused to accept my return due to insufficient reason, that’s a bit disappointing. Unfortunately, now we'll have to use it for other purposes, like a sugar bowl or something else, which is very sad. I hope this review will be helpful.

Looks like in the pictures, visually it is as expected. I still wish I would have known how lightweight it was before I ordered. Also wish it had some anti slip material on the bottom. Other than that I am pleased. Customer service was quick and helpful, shipping took little longer than expected but that might be due to the postal service, not the seller.

Looks lovely on the work top, very stylish!

Second time I’ve bought as didn’t realise product isn’t dishwasher safe, but is perfect!

Was delivered quickly and came as described, the personalisation option was a lovely touch. Would recommend.

The Minimalist | Knock Box With Oak or Iroko Knock Bar

Looks stylish and saves blocking the sink 😊

Excellent quality, robust knocking post, and very smart appearance (I bought the matt navy).

Perfect knock box for our coffee machine

So handy and great design

Perfect for throwing away coffee grounds

Great item as described, thanks

Really happy with this knockbox. It's well made but also easy to take apart for cleaning! I gave this as a gift and the recipient is very happy with it :)

Also very happy with the shop. I contacted them not long after ordering to check delivery etc. They got back to me immediately and were incredibly reassuring, and the knockbox ended up actually arriving sooner than they predicted.

Perfect item, just what I was looking for

Happy wife, happy life, they say.

Exactly what I needed and looks great on the counter. It is compact and easy to clean. Lots of lovely colours to choose from!

Item is well made and as described. I ordered custom printing and it's not as smooth / clear as I was expecting but that's the nature of 3D printing.

Great product, bit of a problem with delivery, but the customer service was top class

I really like this knock box, it's way prettier than the industrial looking ones you usually see. It's well built and solid. Very happy with the purchase.

Great little item as a gift for home barista!

Really happy, would definitely recommend!
