What a great tool. I didn't go personalised but it works a treat. I am new to espresso and still learning..... things can only improve and this will help, I am sure.
I asked for a colour check and got it within 20 minutes. We love the knock box. Yep; of course you can get a plain knock box for a third of the price...but you certainly can't get a gold skull knock box that matches your de longhi coffee machine!
I do absolutely love this ... however when removing the wood to clean the pot has cracked! Can still be used but no longer perfect.
