FAQs
Quick answers about materials, care, compatibility, and choosing the right coffee accessory.
What materials are your coffee accessories made from?
Our accessories are made from materials chosen for both function and finish, including plant-based PLA for lightweight 3D-printed tools, 304 food-grade stainless steel for durable prep accessories, FSC-certified wood for a warm natural touch, and glass for clean, precise measuring. Each product page lists the exact material used.
Are your coffee accessories durable enough for daily use?
Yes. Our accessories are selected or designed for everyday home espresso routines, from dosing and tamping to cleaning and storage. For best results, follow the care instructions for each material and avoid exposing PLA or wooden items to high heat, dishwashers, or prolonged soaking.
Can I customise the colour or engraving?
Selected KNOCDIC products can be customised with colour options or engraving, especially our 3D-printed knock boxes and some workflow tools. If customisation is available, you’ll see the options on the product page before checkout.
Do your coffee accessories fit all espresso machines?
Some accessories are universal, while others are designed for specific sizes or machines, such as 51mm, 54mm, 58mm, Sage, or Breville setups. Please check the product title, size options, and dimensions before ordering to make sure it fits your machine and workflow.
Are your coffee accessories dishwasher safe?
Not all accessories are dishwasher safe. PLA and wooden items should be hand-washed only and kept away from high heat. Stainless steel or glass items may be easier to rinse, but we still recommend checking the product page and hand-washing where possible to protect the finish.
