Why does the wood on my product look slightly different from the photos?
Natural wood varies in grain, colour and pattern. These differences are part of the character of real wood, so every piece may look slightly different from the examples shown online.
Are all products in the Premium Wood Collection made entirely from wood?
No. The collection includes products with natural wood components or detailing, combined with other materials where needed for function. Depending on the product, this may include stainless steel, glass, silicone or electronic components. Please check the individual product details for its exact materials.
How should I care for wooden coffee accessories?
Wipe wooden surfaces with a soft, lightly damp cloth and dry them afterwards. Avoid soaking the wood or leaving it in prolonged contact with water. Products containing electronic components should never be submerged.
Are wooden accessories dishwasher safe?
Unless the individual product specifically states otherwise, we recommend hand cleaning wooden components only. Dishwashers expose natural wood to prolonged heat, moisture and detergents that may affect the finish.
How do I know which size is right for my espresso setup?
Products that require a specific size will show compatibility information on the product page. For tampers, distributors and holders, check the diameter of your existing portafilter or accessories before ordering.
