Which inner colour is best?

For everyday use, we usually recommend a darker inner colour such as Matte Black, Charcoal, or Ash Grey, as coffee marks are less visible.

Is the oak knock bar removable?

Yes, the knock bar is designed to be removable, making the knock box easier to clean and maintain.

How do I clean the knock box?

Simply empty the used coffee pucks and wipe the box with a damp cloth. Please avoid putting it in the dishwasher, as high heat may affect the 3D printed material.

What material is it made from?

The knock box is 3D printed using durable PLA-based material and finished with a real oak knock bar. Slight layer lines are part of the 3D printed finish and make each piece unique.

Is it heavy enough to stay in place?

Yes, it is designed to feel stable during daily use while still being lightweight enough to move, empty, and clean easily

I give zero stars for the bottom which has two rubber circles that fell off, and I can’t figure out what the heck they are for other than falling off. My guess is they are supposed to give grip to the case, but they don’t do that and they fall off so I threw them away because there’s no way to keep them on

And I give four stars for the knock box itself. It is much better than the one I had and there is minimal splatter from knocking. I do think that the wooden knocker could be set forward more to give a bit more clearance on the backside of the knock box and also think that a rubber knocker might work a little bit better than the hardwood.
